With over two decades of corporate experience in Operations, an MBA in Finance, coaching certifications and years of mentoring women, I understand the workplace from both sides of the table.
But my most important lesson came from my own career.
I learned that being valuable and being visible are two different things.

For years, I believed what many capable women still believe:

Then I was overlooked for a promotion I believed I deserved, while someone with less experience moved ahead.
That experience opened my eyes.
I realised my work couldn't speak for itself. It didn't have a voice unless I gave it one.
And that didn't mean bragging or becoming louder. It meant learning to communicate my contribution so the right people could see its value.
That realisation changed the way I looked at career growth and eventually became the foundation of The Visible Framework.
Today, I want more capable women to stop waiting to be discovered and start becoming intentionally visible.
